Pain Management Physician needed in Northern California!

Job description

Start Date: Dependent on credentialing
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 12-15
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are preformed at the surgery center

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: FLURO, ACLS
