Pain Management Physician needed near Eureka CA. Travel + Lodging included.

Job description

Start Date: 09-01-2025
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Full time need Monday-Friday.
2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting
2 weeks/month

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 12-15
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center.

• Outpatient

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
