Location: Eureka, CA

Specialty: Pain Medicine

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Duration: Ongoing assignment

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only

🗓️ Schedule & Setting

Rotation: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Workload:

2 days per week at the outpatient surgery center

3 days per week in the clinic setting

Patient volume: 12–15 per shift

Support staff: Yes

Practice setting: Outpatient (clinic + surgery center)

EMR: Epic

✅ Requirements

Board Certification: Required

Active License: California only

Certifications: ACLS and Fluoroscopy (Fluoro)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital clinical activity in the specialty
