Position Overview

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule:

Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Setting:

2 days/week in the Outpatient Surgery Center

3 days/week in the Clinic

Privileges Required: Surgery Center and Hospital privileges

Epidurals

Facet Injections

Ablations

Other pain management procedures (all performed at the surgery center)

Work Environment

Support Staff: Yes

Patients per Shift: 12–15

EMR System: Epic

Providers Needed: 1
