Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Onsite physical therapy, imaging, diagnostics, and strong specialty support

Procedure-focused practice with partnership and ownership upside


Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation package including base salary, incentives and ownership potential

Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage

Reasonable estimate of compensation range for this position is $360,000 to $650,000 per year


Qualifications

ABMS/AOA board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine (PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology Trained).

Unrestricted license to practice medicine in California or willing to license.

Active and unrestricted DEA registration

Compensation Range: $350,000+, plus applicable incentive compensation, benefits, etc.
