Job description

Specialty: Interventional Pain Management Physician

Schedule: Will have ongoing PRN needs.

Times: Flexible on start times, but will work 10 hours with an hour for lunch/dashboard review

Board Certification: BC in Pain Management through ABPM, ABIPP, or Anes board (with pain management experience)
Can be PM&R trained with board certification in pain management
Sports medicine will not work

Details: They will be going between 2 ORs at the outpatient center

Volume: 40-45/Day (could be less depending on the procedures scheduled)

Lumbar Transforaminal
Thoracic Epidural Steroid Injection
Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection
Lumbar Facet MBN Radiofrequency Ablation
Thoracic Facet MBN Radiofrequency Ablation
Cervical Facet MBN Radiofrequency Ablation
Caudal Steroid Injection
Sacroiliac Joint Injection

Preferred but not required:
Spinal Cord Stimulator (trial and permanent)
Lumbar Kyphoplasty
Sacroplasty
MILD
SIJ Fusion
Intcept
Minuteman
Vertiflex

Support Staff: Medical Assistants (they take all of the notes and the physicians review and sign off), Surgical Techs, RNs, CRNAs

License: An Active FL license is required

• 10hr shifts for PRN coverage
