Pain Management Physician needed in FL!

Job description

-Schedule: 1-2 days per month in the office 10:30a-6:30p and 1-2 days per month in ASC (morning start times, 1 Friday and a weekday)

-Skills required: Spinal Injections including Epidurals, Medial Branch Block/Facet Injections, RFA and also Regenerative medicine (stem cell) injections for spinal regions as well. If they were also proficient in any minimally invasive procedures such as Tenotomy or Discectomy that would be a plus
-Around 20-25 pts around and it will consist mainly of spinal /extremity cases for procedures that would need to be converted to the ASC.
-Must have FL License

• Active FL license
