Job description

Unique part-time opportunity for an experienced Interventional Pain provider with a mix of clinic and ASC procedures.

📅 Schedule
* 1–2 clinic days/month | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
* 1–2 ASC days/month | Morning start (1 weekday + 1 Saturday)
* ~20–25 clinic patients/day | 12–18 procedures/month

🏥 Practice Highlights
* Mix of clinic + ASC setting
* Focus on spinal & extremity pain cases
* Out-of-network model (must not be contracted with major carriers)
* Billing support provided

🔍 Scope
Spinal injections including epidurals, medial branch blocks, facet injections, and RFA. Regenerative (stem cell) injections required. Minimally invasive procedures (tenotomy, discectomy) are a plus.

📋 Requirements
* Experienced Interventional Pain provider
* Must be out-of-network with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, UMR, Cigna
* Medicare participation required
