Schedule: Varies depending on clinic needs - schedule and call
Special procedures: High volume interventional spine experience, Proficient in MBB, RFA, and epidural procedures, Experience with minimally invasive pain procedures (discectomy, tenotomy), Comfortable working independently in ASC and clinic settings, Efficient in outpatient workflow

Board Certification Required
DEA Required
Credentialing Timeframe: About 30 Days
