📋 Contract Details

🔹 Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: August 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 26 weeks
🔹 Schedule: 2 days per month to start (1 clinic shift/month on Thursday and 1 ASC shift/month on Friday) with potential for additional shifts
🔹 Shift: Day shifts; hours vary based on clinic and ASC needs (typically 10:00 AM–3:00 PM)
🔹 Call: None
🔹 Practice Settings: Outpatient Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
🔹 Travel/Lodging: Client prefers local providers; travel may be considered if needed

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope

🔹 Adult spine and pain management patient population
🔹 High-volume outpatient interventional pain practice
🔹 Average Daily Volume: Varies based on procedural schedule
🔹 Procedures: Medial Branch Blocks (MBB), Facet injections, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), Epidural injections, TenJet, tenotomy, discectomy, Intercept procedures, minimally invasive spine procedures, laminectomy, fusion, disc replacement, endoscopic spine procedures
🔹 Independent practice in both clinic and ASC environments

📋 Candidate Requirements

🔹 Board Certification: BC/BE in Orthopedics or appropriate Pain Management specialty
🔹 Active Florida medical license preferred; licensing assistance available for qualified candidates
🔹 DEA required
🔹 Strong interventional spine experience required
🔹 Proficiency with MBB, RFA, epidural injections, and minimally invasive pain procedures required
🔹 TenJet and discectomy experience highly preferred
🔹 Ability to work independently in outpatient clinic and ASC settings
🔹 Efficient outpatient procedural workflow experience
