Pain Management
Job ID: LT-238176
Interventional Pain Physician Needed in Tampa, FL | Clinic + ASC | No Call | ~2 Days/Month
Job description
This is a locum interventional pain management opportunity in Tampa, Florida, split between a high-volume outpatient clinic and an ambulatory surgery center. The role has a light, predictable footprint of roughly two days per month — one clinic day on Thursdays and one ASC day on Fridays — with the possibility of additional shifts opening up. There is no call. The contract begins in September 2026 and runs approximately 26 weeks, with the option to extend.
The physician performs the full range of interventional pain procedures, including medial branch blocks and facet injections, radiofrequency ablation, and epidurals, along with TenJet, tenotomy, and minimally invasive procedures such as discectomy. This is a high-volume interventional spine and pain practice serving an adult population. Proficiency across MBB, RFA, and epidural procedures is essential, and both TenJet and discectomy experience are highly preferred.
Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible, hold a Florida license (already-licensed candidates preferred, though the client will consider licensing the right provider), and carry an active DEA. The physician should be comfortable working independently across both the ASC and clinic settings.

- Full-scope interventional spine/pain: MBB/facet, RFA, epidurals, plus TenJet and minimally invasive discectomy
