Pain Management MD Needed in WV (will license)

Job description

Pain Management MD – Elkins, WV

• Start: 12/7/2026
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Coverage: 2–3 weeks/month; 1 provider preferred, but 2 may be considered
• Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients/day
• Patient Population: Adults, ages 30–80
• Setting: Hospital-based Pain Clinic
• EMR: NextGen
• Support: 2 RNs and Radiology Tech for procedures

Procedures/Skills:
• Fluoroscopic spinal injections
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
• Medial branch blocks and cervical/lumbar RFA
• Joint, SI joint, facet, and trigger-point injections
• Peripheral nerve blocks
• Ultrasound-guided injections/procedures
• Intrathecal pump experience preferred

Requirements:
• Board Certified
• Accredited Pain Fellowship or qualifying board certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Active WV license required; IMLC or providers who qualify for a temporary WV license accepted
• DEA required

Credentialing: 60+ days
