Pain management Physician needed in Salem, MA! Travel and Lodging covered!

Job description

• Support staff: 1 FT PA; 1 MD onsite 1 day a week
• Coverage Type: outpatient
• Schedule Details: Needing 3-4 days per week ; Mon-Fri
Work Details:

• Practice Setting: clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 15 patients per day
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: Trigger points, joint injections, epidural steroid, medial branch blocks, ablations, Botox, nerve blocks. No opioids prescribed. Some Lycrica and other prescriptions. Types of patients are those with chronic pain.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications: BC Pain Management Required
• State License(s): MA
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: I year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days; may be able to push for temps
Willing To License?: no

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
