Locums Interventional Pain Management Physician Needed in Hazlet, NJ

3-4 days per month in the office 10:30a-6:30p and 3-4 days per month in ASC (morning start times/2 Fridays, 1 Saturday and a weekday)

**Please note: The Providers need to be "out of network" with the major health insurance carriers like BCBS, UHC, Aetna, UMR and Cigna.**

Description: Client is in need of an Interventional Pain management provider for about 2 days in the office (hours usually around 10:30am to 6:30pm) and 2 days in the ASC (morning start times/one Saturday per month) . The provider has to be proficient in all Spinal Injections including Epidurals, Medial Branch Block/Facet Injections, RFA and also Regenerative medicine (stem cell) injections for spinal regions as well. If they were also proficient in any minimally invasive procedures such as Tenotomy or Discectomy that would be a plus as well. Thank you and please let us know if you need any other information.

Typically the Doctor would be in the office 10:30-6:30pm with a lunch break in the middle of the day but usually around 20-25 pts around and it will consist mainly of spinal /extremity cases for procedures that would need to be converted to the ASC. Currently we are bringing around 12-18 cases per month spread out across (2) days and typically the ASC starts in the morning around 7-9am because the patient has to fast and would usually go for like 3-4 hours depending on the number of cases. There aren't set hours at the ASC because it depends on the volume and availability of the patient and the facility but the clinic would be every other Thursday .

We need someone to start in the next 4 weeks or so and we are out of network with most health insurance carriers so they would only need to be demographic with the plans and we have a billing company who can assist with this. The only carrier they would need to be "in network" is with Medicare.
