Requirements
✓ Active New York State medical license
✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
✓ Interventional pain experience preferred
✓ Strong diagnostic and patient care skills
✓ Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-focused care

Responsibilities
✓ Evaluate and assess patients with acute or chronic pain
✓ Diagnose underlying causes of pain through history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing
✓ Order and interpret lab tests, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging
✓ Develop personalized treatment plans including interventional procedures, medications, and therapy
✓ Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and long-term pain management strategies
