Pain Management Physician Needed in Canandaigua, NY:
Start Date: April 2026
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Call: Office call only (after hours and weekends)
Setting:
Outpatient Pain Management clinic with coverage at the ambulatory clinic and nearby OR space. Support staff includes a secretary and LPN during clinic days. Epic EMR.
Patient Population: Ambulatory patients (all ages)
Procedures Required:
• Epidural Steroid Injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Medial Branch Blocks (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Nerve blocks (various sites)
• Trigger point injections
• Sacroiliac joint injections
• Spinal cord stimulator trials
• Genicular nerve blocks & RFA
• Intercostal nerve blocks
• Piriformis injections

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Pain Management
• Interventional Pain fellowship required
• Active New York license
• BLS certification
• Epic experience preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years post-fellowship experience
