Outpatient | M–F | No Hospital Call
A growing ambulatory pain practice in New York is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Interventional Pain Medicine Physician to provide full-time outpatient coverage.
📍 Active NY license required
🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📞 Office call only (after-hours & weekends)
🏥 Ambulatory clinic + Clifton Springs OR space
🏥 Practice Setting
Ambulatory-only patient population
Secretary and LPN support onsite during clinic days
Professional clinical environment
Epic EMR
🔬 Required Procedural Experience
Candidates must be proficient in:
Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
Medial branch blocks (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
Radiofrequency ablation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
Peripheral nerve blocks
Trigger point injections
Sacroiliac joint injections
Spinal cord stimulator trials
Genicular nerve blocks & RFA
Intercostal nerve blocks
Piriformis injections
✅ Requirements
Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine (ACGME not required)
Board Certified
1–2 years post-fellowship experience
Active NY license
BLS certification
Epic experience required
Clean work history required (no unexplained gaps >30 days). Any malpractice history must include a physician statement.
