• Start Date: December 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing; Flexible
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
• EMR: eClinical Works
• Job Details: Cervical/thoracic/lumbar epidural steroid injections, facet blocks/RFA, SI joint injections, joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, kyphoplasty, stellate/celiac/lumbar sympathetic/superior hypogastric/ganglion impar/gasserian/occipital nerve blocks

Requirements:
• State License: Active NC license required
• Certifications: DEA
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
