Physician – Anesthesiology / Pain Management and Mental Health Practice

Job description

Perform interventional pain procedures (ESIs, MBB/RFA, joint injections, etc.)
Medication management including chronic opioid therapy
Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Develop individualized pain management treatment plans
Review imaging, diagnostic studies, and relevant medical history
Provide medication oversight per state and federal regulations
Document all encounters accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and best practice guidelines

• Patient-centered pain management and mental health practice serving the Portland community. The clinic focuses on interventional pain procedures, medication management, comprehensive evaluations, and evidence-based treatment plans.
• We are seeking an experienced physician specializing in Anesthesiology/Pain Medicine to join our team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week).
• The physician will perform interventional pain procedures, medication management, evaluate and manage chronic pain patients, and collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, compliant care.
