Pain Management Physician Locums Opportunity – West Virginia | Will License

Job description

Top Highlights:
- Excellent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm
- Flexible Commitment: 2–3 weeks per month for a 3–6 month assignment
- Will License: IMLC candidates and providers who qualify for a temporary West Virginia license will be considered
Opportunity Details:
- Start Date: December 7, 2026
- Contract Length: 3–6 months
- Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm
- 2–3 weeks of coverage per month
- Approximately 15 patients per day
- Adult patient population
- Hospital-based Pain Clinic
- 2 RNs and Radiology Tech support
- NextGen EMR
- Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
- Medial branch blocks and RFAs
- Joint, SI joint, facet, and trigger-point injections
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Ultrasound-guided injections and procedures
- Intrathecal pump experience preferred
Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- Accredited Pain Fellowship or qualifying Board Certification
- West Virginia license, IMLC, or eligibility for temporary WV licensure
- DEA required
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Clean background required
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60+ days
