Specialty: Pain Management MD in Elkins, West Virginia
- Start Date: 12/7/26
- Contract Length: 3-6 months
- Shift Details: 0800-4:30 M-F
- Schedule: Monday – Friday

Work Details:
• Support staff: 2RN’s, Rad tech for procedures
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 2-3 weeks a month – prefer 1 provider but will consider 2 if needed.
• Patients per day: 15 +-
• Patient population/age: 30yrs-80yrs
• Department description: Pain Clinic located in the hospital
• EMR: Next Gen
• Special procedures or skills needed: Competency in fluoroscopically guided spinal injections, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, RFA’s of lumbar/cervical medial branches, joint injections, SI joint injections, facet injections, trigger-point injections, peripheral nerve blocks, US guided injections/procedures. Experience in Ultrasound guided procedures. Experience with intrathecal pumps preferred:

Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required – will accept IMLC or providers that qualify for the temp WV license
• DEA: required
• Any Certifications required: accredited pain fellowship or qualifying board certification
• Minimum experience required: 5 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
