CRNA - Phoenix, AZ area - Will License

Job description

Shifts: All 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)

Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need)

Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.

Shift Model: Supervised Model

Hours: Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 4 weeks; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.

Hard Requirements:

OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases

Peds & neuro head cases

Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR) - Will do straight nights

Level I Trauma Center experience preferred

Credentialing timeline:

AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks (start asap)

IMLC: ~2 months (start asap)

Non-Licensed: ~3 months (start asap)
(based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history)

• Minimum of 4 weeks. Ongoing - 6 months to start
