Schedule Details
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a
Call- every night working and weekend in between and end of 2 weeks, solo provider
30 minute response time for Call
DATES COVERAGE NEEDED: Starting 8/4/2025: 14 days on / 14 days off with call every night and weekend in between and end of rotation - rotating in and out 7 am every other Monday

Any supervision: All CRNA Practice, solo provider starting 8/4 2on2off rotation
Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Ortho, ENT, General, Vascular, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Podiatry
*125 OB cases last year most of the call cases were OB/ENDO case experience required
10+ years of age healthy peds
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
