Pediatric Anesthesiologist Needed in OK (will license)

Job description

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Start Date: August 2026
Contract Length: 26 Weeks

Schedule:

* Preferred: 5x10s
* Monday–Friday
* 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:

* Academic Level I Trauma Center
* Approximately 900-bed hospital
* High-acuity patient population
* Recent Level I Trauma experience required
* Surgery center experience alone will not be a good fit for this environment

Position Details:

* Must be comfortable handling own cases
* Some supervision of residents and CRNAs required during assignment
* Provide supportive assistance to residents and medical students
* Average 4–5 pediatric cases per day

Requirements:

* Board Certified in Anesthesiology (ABMS/AOA) required
* Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology required
* Pediatric Fellowship Trained required
* Must present case logs showing a minimum of 100 pediatric cases within the past 12 months
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* No new graduates
* DEA required
* PALS or ACLS required
* BLS through American Heart Association required

Support Staff:

* Anesthesiologists
* CRNAs
* Strong provider support team available

Additional Information:

* Willing to license
* Seeking 1 full-time provider
* Will consider 2 providers with at least 2 weeks per month availability
* Travel covered with caps
* Clean background and no malpractice required

Credentialing Timeframe:

* Approximately 60–90 days
