Overview
Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist for an ongoing assignment at a busy Level I Trauma Center. This opportunity offers weekday-only hours, no call, and exposure to a broad pediatric surgical practice in a high-acuity academic environment.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
No call
Facility prefers providers available at least one week per month
Practice Details
Level I Trauma Center
17 operating rooms
Epic EMR
Independent anesthesia practice
No CRNA supervision
Average 5–10 locum providers working within the department annually
Case Mix
All pediatric surgical subspecialties except:
Cardiac
Burn surgery
Requirements
Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship
Pediatric Anesthesiology Board Certification
Active or eligible Arkansas license (licensing available)
Recent Level I Trauma experience
Comfortable practicing independently
Clean credentialing/background history
Required Submission Documents
One full year of current neonatal anesthesia case logs demonstrating ongoing neonatal experience
