Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship required
Pediatric Anesthesia Board Certification required
Level I Trauma experience required
Minimum 1 year experience
Current neonatal case logs with recent and regular neonatal experience
Must participate in MOCA
DEA required
Open to licensing
2 professional references required
Epic EMR
Travel reimbursed upon receipts
