Miami, FL – Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist Locums
Aya Locums is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a locums opportunity in Miami, Florida. This opportunity offers a weekday schedule, optional call, and the chance to provide specialized anesthesia care in a dedicated children's hospital.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Flexible start times depending on caseload
- Optional call opportunities
- 13-week assignment with flexibility
- Pediatric hospital setting
- Operating room coverage
- IMLC or active Florida license preferred
Clinical Scope:
- Pediatric cardiac anesthesia
- Congenital heart disease
- Perioperative cardiac care
- Anesthesia management for pediatric cardiac patients
- TEE experience strongly preferred
Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology or significant experience in congenital cardiac anesthesia
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesia
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
- Strong clinical expertise in congenital heart disease and perioperative cardiac care
- TEE certification strongly preferred
