· Operating Rooms
· Monday – Friday 7a-3:30p
· Call: No
· Mix of Supervision and own cases in care team model
· Cases: Neonatal to Adult, Thoracic cases (no open heart), neuro, vent management

Requirements for Pediatric Anesthesiology Physician Role:
· OH License; IMLC
· Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiology
· ACLS, BLS, PALS
· Current NPDB Report
