Location: San Antonio, Texas

Credentialing Facility: The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio
Cross Credentialing Facilities: n/a
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Schedule: Days; 5x8 or 4x10 shifts. Offer a minimum of 2 weeks. Preference must be noted on submission.
Call Requirement: No

Technology & EMR
EMR System: Epic
Clinician required to attend Epic training or test out

Cases & Practice Model
Types of Cases: PEDS + Neonates
Provider will perform own cases
Case Log Requirements:

Minimum 15 neonatal cases (under 28 days old)
Minimum 75 pediatric cases (29 days to 1 year old)
Reflective of the scope of privileges requested within the past 12 months

• Pediatric fellowship required; provider manages own cases
• Cases include PEDS + Neonates (case log required)
• Flexible day shifts: 5x8 or 4x10; no call required
