Job description

Assignment Details:
Start: 9/7/2026 (ASAP upon credentialing)
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Schedule: 5x8 day shifts
Minimum availability: 2 weeks per month
No call required
Contract: 6 months
Provider will perform their own cases

Practice Details:
Dedicated pediatric hospital setting
Pediatric and neonatal anesthesia cases
Pediatric fellowship required
Candidates must meet required pediatric/neonatal case log requirements
Epic training and/or test-out required
