Anesthesiologist needed for PRN shifts in San Antonio

Job description

We're seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a rewarding locum opportunity in Texas! If you're fellowship-trained and enjoy caring for pediatric and neonatal patients, this is an excellent assignment with a fast credentialing process.

Position Highlights
- Location: Texas
- Start: ASAP (Temporary privileges requested)
- Credentialing: 30–60 days
- Contract: 6 Months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8s
- Practice Model: Independent practice – provider performs own cases
- EMR: Epic (training or test-out required)

Case Mix: Pediatrics & Neonates, Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, Dental, GI, Radiology, Neuro (Spine & Head)

Requirements
Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship required
Board Certified
Active Texas license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience
Clean malpractice and credentialing history

Must provide evidence of:
At least 15 neonatal cases (patients under 28 days old) within the past 12 months
At least 75 pediatric cases (29 days to 1 year old) within the past 12 months

Additional Information
20–30 cases per day
Holiday coverage opportunities available
