Locum Tenens – Pediatric Cardiology APP (CICU)
📍 Dallas, TX

Coverage: Scheduled + No Call
Schedule: Nights only – 5x13s (7p–8a)

Position Overview
Join a nationally recognized 32-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) specializing in advanced pediatric cardiac care, including heart failure and transplantation. This program has performed the highest number of pediatric heart transplants in the U.S. over the past 3 years.

Clinical Scope:
-Pre/post-operative congenital cardiac care
-Pediatric heart failure & transplant management
-Mechanical circulatory support (PediMag, CentriMag, HeartMate 3, Impella)
-ECMO & renal replacement therapy (Aquadex)
-Pulmonary hypertension
-Electrophysiology (temporary/permanent pacemakers)
-Documentation: admissions, procedures, and significant events
-Removal of chest tubes, cardiac lines, pacing wires, surgical drains

Requirements
Board Certified Physician Assistant
Pediatric Cardiology / CICU experience preferred
Willing to license
