This is a well-respected pediatric hospital offering comprehensive specialty care services to children in the greater Philadelphia area. The facility features a 20-30 bed department with a Level 1 trauma designation and a strong focus on advanced pediatric cardiology services, providing an excellent environment for specialized clinical practice.

Opportunity:
Physician - Pediatrics - Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens coverage for an open physician position, including FMLA coverage support on a long-term sporadic basis
• Full-time need or 2-on/2-off schedule between two locum providers
• Schedule includes 8am-5pm Monday through Friday plus night and weekend call coverage from 5pm Friday through 7am Monday
• 0-3 patients seen per day in clinic
• 1-5 phone consults per week
• Average of 0-3 admissions per shift
• Provide Comprehensive Cardiology Care including Adult Congenital services
• X-ray interpretation required
• EKG interpretation required
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC required to apply
• Clean NPDB and malpractice history required
• Board certification required with ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days
