The Highlights
- No Call, Ever: Work a clean Monday–Friday, 40-hour daytime schedule.
- The Dream Staffing Setup: Work in a supportive N+1 staffing model alongside 2 staff perfusionists, 3 surgeons, and 4 dedicated anesthesiologists.
- Predictable Caseload: Average of just 1 to 2 pump cases per day with zero resident or APP supervision required.
- Top-of-the-Line Gear: Operate on advanced Spectrum Medical systems.

Assignment Snapshot
- Dates: March 8, 2027 – July 1, 2027 (Flexible coverage options—split blocks welcome!)
- Setting: Level 1 Trauma / Level 3 Pediatric Hospital
- Case Mix: Pediatric Cardiothoracic, Transplants, and VAD support
- EMR: Epic

What You Bring
- Board Certified Perfusionist (ABCP) with strong hands-on pediatric CT, VAD, and transplant experience.
- North Carolina perfusion license (or willing to obtain; we help with licensing).
- A collaborative mindset ready to hit the ground running with a world-class surgical team.
