Start Date: As soon as credentialed, 90 days
Contract Length: 6 months preferred, ongoing coverage needed
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm outpatient coverage

• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
• X-Ray and lab onsite
• Avg. Daily Census: 12
• Immunotherapy and IVIG required. Skin testing preferred
