NNP Needed in Milwaukee, WI

Start date: December

13-week assignment

Shift Flexible based on FTE Split/Options:
Variable 12-hour shifts: 12-hour days (6am6pm and 6pm-6am)
Night shifts: 15-hour (4pm7am, includes overlap for sign-outs)
Schedule options: 3x12s or 2x24s
Float Requirements: None coverage is exclusive to Main Campus
On call/Call Back: potential

Weekends: Weekends included. However, locum would be filling in shifts after our full-time staff has scheduled. However, if locum wants more weekends, or to clump, we can try to accommodate.
Required certifications: Unencumbered WI NP license, AHA BLS, and NRP
EMR: Epic highly preferred
Minimum experience: Neonatal experience required; must be comfortable with both inborn and out born cases

Team Structure:
9 NNPs on during day shifts
23 NNPs on during night shifts (building up to 3)
Locum expected to cover ~7 nights per 12-week block; more available if desired

Level IV NICU
