We are seeking a NICU NP/PA for an ongoing assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
Schedule: 12‑hour shifts (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM); primarily night coverage with rotating days/weekends as needed
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• NICU coverage in a 64-bed unit
• 3–5 shifts per month (part-time/PRN need)
• Patient load: ~8 on days and 20–30 on nights
• High-acuity neonatal population
• Procedures include intubation, central lines (PICC, UAC/UVC), lumbar puncture, and ventilator management
• ECMO exposure (managed by fellows)
• Epic EMR
License: Active Virginia License Required
Requirements:
• NP or PA required (neonatal trained)
• Board Certification required
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience (Level IV required)
• Must have high-risk delivery experience and be able to work independently
• BLS and PALS required
• DEA and CSR required
Credentialing: Approximately 45–60 days
