12-hour day and night shifts: 6a–6p or 6p–6a
No separate call requirement
Approximately 10–12 shifts per month available
Inpatient coverage for pediatric patients ages 0–17
Admissions and rounding required
Average 4–12 admissions/patients per day
Epic EMR
Academic/teaching environment
Pediatric facility with Level II–IV trauma services
Credentialing timeframe approximately 30–60 days

Requirements:

Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
MD/DO
DEA
BLS, ACLS & PALS
