PEDIATRIC HOSPITALIST – FULL-TIME PERMANENT

A well-established pediatric hospitalist practice is seeking an additional Pediatric Hospitalist to join its team.

POSITION DETAILS

✓ Full-time, permanent position
✓ Established pediatric hospitalist practice
✓ 34-bed pediatric floor with an average daily census of approximately 24
✓ 12-bed PICU supported by Pediatric Intensivists
✓ NICU and newborn nursery supported by a dedicated neonatology team
✓ Schedule includes inpatient rounding with call from home
✓ Full pediatric subspecialty support
✓ Dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department
✓ Academic affiliation with opportunities to teach pediatric residents and medical students

REQUIREMENTS

✓ At least 1 year of current inpatient Pediatric Hospitalist experience – REQUIRED, no exceptions
✓ Must be able to provide the last 12 months of hospital-based case logs at interview
✓ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine/Pediatric Hospital Medicine as applicable, within 5 years of eligibility
✓ Recent graduates may be considered if actively working toward board certification
✓ Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
✓ NV license required or willingness to obtain
✓ DEA required prior to start
✓ CSR/CDS required prior to start
✓ No visa sponsorship
✓ No locum candidates

✓ Position may require residency in the immediate local area
✓ Relocation may be required and will be discussed during the interview
✓ Provider clearance is conducted on a facility-by-facility basis
