We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Associate Medical Director to join our growing Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) team at Medical City Children’s Hospital. As a key leader in a high-acuity, high-volume tertiary care center, you’ll work alongside a supportive team that values clinical excellence, innovation, and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with the other Associate Medical Director and Medical Director to enhance clinical quality and operations.

Support physician onboarding, education, and development
Help shape department strategy and culture
Foster collaboration with nursing, hospital leadership, and subspecialists
Maintain a clinical role with flexible scheduling options

What We’re Looking For:
Board-certified/eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Leadership experience or strong leadership potential — graduating PEM fellows are welcome to apply
Passion for pediatric emergency care with specific skill in any of the following areas: POCUS, QI, Sedation, EMS, AI, Transfer Medical Control.
