Job description
We are a New York–based peer support organization seeking a licensed mental health provider to enter into a strategic clinical partnership as we scale services across regulated care settings.
This opportunity is not an employment or salaried position. It is a revenue-sharing partnership designed for providers who value autonomy, clinical control, and growth without assuming staffing or payroll risk.
Our organization delivers structured, certified non-clinical peer support services that enhance engagement and continuity of care. The clinical partner retains full medical authority while leveraging our operational and peer infrastructure to expand service capacity efficiently.
Partnership Structure
Revenue-sharing compensation aligned with collected revenue
No fixed salary or guaranteed hours
Flexible involvement based on provider preference
30–60 day pilot program to evaluate fit and outcomes
Scalable long-term partnership potential
Clinical Partner Responsibilities
Maintain active licensure and regulatory compliance
Provide required clinical oversight for peer services
Retain full authority over clinical decisions and medical records
Bill Medicaid and/or insurance for peer services as applicable
Collaborate on compliant workflows and service boundaries
