Locums Pediatric Endocrinologist Needed in Long Beach, CA

Job description

• Start date – ASAP; ongoing need
• Possibility of going locums to perm
• Provider would cover a week at a time, in general, including half a day of clinic (video visits are an option), rounding in the hospital, and availability 24/7 for telephone call coverage (from ER, NICU, PICU, inpatient hospitalists, etc.). Unlikely to have callbacks.
• Typical procedures for this department: Insulin pump management, Continuous glucose monitoring management, supervision of the infusion center performing stim testing and other endocrine tests
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active CA license
• Must be BE or BC
• Local candidates - highly preferred
