Pediatric Endocrinologist Opportunity – Long Beach, CA
Outpatient-focused role with inpatient consult coverage

Start & Duration:
• ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
• Ongoing need; locum-to-perm candidates strongly encouraged
• Seeking 4–5 FTE Pediatric Endocrinologists

Schedule & Coverage:
• Providers typically cover one week at a time
• Mix of half-day clinic, inpatient rounding, and availability for weeknight/weekend call
• Video visits available
• Currently staffing one locum per day with minimal callback expected

Patient Volume:
• Flexible; generally half-day clinic daily

Cases & Responsibilities:
• Insulin pump management
• Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) management
• Supervision of infusion center (stim testing and other endocrine testing)
• Inpatient consult support (ER, NICU, PICU, hospitalists)

Requirements:
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (early-career / recent fellowship grads welcome)
• Active California license required
• Clean background and malpractice history required
• Local candidates highly preferred
