📋 Contract Details
🟢 Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
🟢 Contract Length: Ongoing need
🟢 Contract Type: 1099
🟢 Coverage Model: Week-at-a-time coverage, including half-day clinic sessions, inpatient hospital rounding, and availability for weeknight and weekend call (supporting ER, NICU, PICU, and inpatient hospitalist services)
🟢 Clinic Volume: Flexible; typically half-day clinic daily (video visits available)
🟢 Setting: Combination of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital service

🧒 Patient Population & Scope
🟢 Patient Demographics: Pediatric patients
🟢 Typical Procedures / Responsibilities:
• Insulin pump management
• Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) management
• Supervision of the infusion center performing stimulation testing and other endocrine diagnostics

📋 Candidate Requirements
🟢 Board Status: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE acceptable if early career / within board eligibility window; newly finished fellows welcome)
🟢 Experience: Minimum 2 years required
🟢 Licensure: Active California license required
🟢 EMR: Epic proficiency required
🟢 Background: Clean background and malpractice history required (any hits will delay privileging and will not be considered)
🟢 Location: Local candidates highly preferred
