We are seeking 1–2 Pediatric Endocrinologists for an ongoing locum opportunity with a well-established pediatric specialty program in Long Beach, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for providers interested in a collaborative pediatric environment with potential locum-to-perm consideration.

Position Highlights
Setting: Outpatient pediatric endocrinology clinic with inpatient rounding and call coverage
Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Coverage Model: Weekly coverage blocks preferred
Locum-to-perm candidates highly encouraged

Clinical Scope
Half-day outpatient clinic coverage each day
Inpatient rounding responsibilities
Weeknight and weekend call coverage for:
ER
NICU
PICU
Inpatient hospitalists
Video visits available
Typical procedures and responsibilities include:
Insulin pump management
Continuous glucose monitor (CGM) management
Supervision of infusion center stim testing and endocrine testing

Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology
Newly fellowship-trained providers accepted if board eligible within testing timeframe
Active California license required
Epic EMR experience required
Clean background and malpractice history required

Collaborative pediatric care environment
Flexible patient scheduling and clinic structure
