Pediatric Endocrinologist needed in Long Beach, CA

Pediatric Endocrinology Opportunity

Highlights:

Ongoing need beginning ASAP, with coverage for one week per month and potential for a locum-to-permanent opportunity.
Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., including clinic, inpatient rounding, and weeknight and weekend call.
Opportunity to manage insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, infusion center stimulation testing, and other endocrine testing.

Additional Details:

Half-day clinic is anticipated each day; video visits may be an option
Pediatric hospital and clinic coverage
EPIC EMR experience required
Approximately two years of experience required
Board eligible or board certified accepted; newly completed fellowship candidates may be considered if within the required timeframe to sit for boards
Active California license required
Clean background and malpractice history required; any malpractice or background concerns may delay privileging
Local candidates within a commutable distance are highly preferred
