Job description

Position Highlights:
Ongoing need beginning December 2026 (ASAP credentialing available)
1 week per month coverage
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weeknight and weekend call required

Practice Details
Outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding responsibilities
Half-day clinic sessions, hospital rounding, and call coverage
Support includes consultations from the ER, NICU, PICU, and inpatient hospitalists
Epic EMR

Clinical Responsibilities
Insulin pump management
Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) management
Oversight of endocrine testing and infusion center services

Requirements:
Active California license required
Epic experience required
Clean malpractice and background history required
