Pediatric Gastroenterology Opportunity – AZ
Coverage Need: Prefer 1 week per month for several months up to 1 year
Schedule:
• 4 days clinic
• 1 day endoscopy/admin
• No weekends or overnight call at this time

Work Details:
• Full range of children’s health services
• No ERCP required
• Consults during business hours (average 1 per week)
• EMR: Epic
• Endoscopy documentation: Endovault
• Serves international refugee populations with a dedicated cultural health navigation program supporting interpretation and communication during visits

Provider Requirements:
• Board Certified within the last 5 years
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience
• Completed residency with verified board status
• Up-to-date CV with all gaps explained
• Clean background and malpractice history required

Credentialing Timeline (with clean file):
• AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks
• IMLC: ~2 months
• Not currently AZ licensed: ~3 months
• Credentialing may begin while license is in process
