Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 24-Hour On Call; Every Friday 3:00pm – Monday 7:00am (times negotiable); Weekly weekend coverage
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details: Patient Volume: 8–12 patients/day; Patient Population: Approximately 33% newborns, 33% pediatrics, 33% adolescents; EMR: EPIC; Hospital Size: 50 beds
Required Skills:
• Consult service coverage
• X-ray interpretation preferred
• Ability to manage urgent GI cases (e.g., GI bleeds)
• Weekend endoscopy/scopes performed only as clinically necessary and at provider discretion
License: Active SC License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified in Pediatric GI or GI; BLS & ACLS Required; DEA & CSR Required; Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required
Credentialing: 90–120 days with an active SC license (120–150 days (approximately 5 months) without an active SC license)
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
