Pediatric Hospitalist Needed in Santa Rosa, CA

I have a client in Santa Rosa who's seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist for locum coverage. Here are the job details.

Start Date: 07-13-2026
13 week assignment

Coverage Type: Call Only

Schedule: We are looking for two providers who can cover 24hr IN HOUSE call for 5-7 days a month. Shift times will be 8am-8am. Providers can not work back to back shifts there needs to be at least one day in between. Again provider will be required to be in house for the entire shift.

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 5-10
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Intubation (ETT/NT), Central line, UVC, Needle pneumothorax, X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation, high risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, well baby rounding, NICU coverage at night, ED consults and pediatric admissions

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Minimum experience required: 2 years
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
